KDIGO Launches Guideline Methodology Fellowship

KDIGO is launching its inaugural Guideline Methodology Fellowship, designed to educate and enrich early-career nephrologists while expanding the community of clinicians skilled in guideline development. The KDIGO Methods Committee Fellowship will provide an exceptional opportunity to learn directly from global leaders in nephrology and methodology and gain formal training and first-hand experience in the world-renowned KDIGO guideline development process.

FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

TIME COMMITMENT

Fellows should expect to commit an average of two to four hours per week, including one-hour monthly virtual meetings and two in-person meetings annually (two and a half days plus travel time).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should submit a CV detailing any formal training in methods or guideline development, a brief personal statement explaining their interest in the fellowship and anticipated goals, and a letter of support from their institution confirming their commitment to supporting the candidate’s responsibilities as a KDIGO Methods Fellow.
