KDIGO will hold a Controversies Conference on Effective Kidney Care in Lower-Resource Settings in November 2026. The goal of this conference is to catalyze equitable access to and implementation of effective care for people living with or at risk of kidney diseases in lower resource settings.

Prof Sanjib Sharma (BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal) and Dr. Valerie Luyckx (University of Zurich, Switzerland) and will co-chair this conference.
