At the ANZSN Congress in Perth, Australia, KDIGO hosted a Breakfast Symposium on Precision Medicine in IgAN Treatment: Selecting the Right Therapies for the Right Patient at the Right Time. The symposium was opened by Meg Jardine, MD (Australia), who spoke on new approaches to targeting IgAN pathophysiology, including traditional treatments and emerging therapies. Muh-Geot Wong, MD (Australia), presented highlights from the KDIGO 2025 IgAN Guideline Update, reviewing key changes since 2021 and previewing the forthcoming update.
