In conjunction with WCN 2026 and Tokushukai Medical Group, KDIGO was honored to host the KDIGO 2026 Guideline Education Meeting (GEM): From Kidney Disease Prevention to Averting Progression and Complications, focused on translating the latest KDIGO Guidelines into practical, patient-centered care.
The program brought together leading international faculty, including KDIGO Guideline Co-Chairs and Work Group members, to share practical insights on applying the latest evidence across the continuum of kidney care. The speakers presented case-based insights, recent trial data, and strategies to prevent progression and mitigate complications across the spectrum of kidney disease.
