The KDIGO Summit on Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) was held on May 9, 2026 in New Orleans, USA. This summit built on the FSGS chapter of the KDIGO 2021 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Glomerular Diseases. Participants discussed the advancements in the field of FSGS since the publication of the 2021 guideline, barriers to implementing guideline-directed care, and areas of future research.

This summit was chaired by Dr. Laura Mariani (University of Michigan) and Dr. Brad Rovin (The Ohio State University).
