The KDIGO Clinical Practice Conference in Nanjing, China was held August 25-26, 2016. Executive Committee member, Zhi-Hong Liu, is the organizer of the established Nanjing Conference and invited KDIGO to play a major role with a full day of talks on KDIGO guidelines and their relevance in China. It was a tremendous opportunity to reach several hundred Chinese nephrologists with useful information from KDIGO. David Wheeler led the delegation that also included Geoffrey Block, Simon Roger, Mark Vervloet and Sanjeev Sethi. We were glad to present the first look at our updated Bone and Mineral Disorders guideline.
